Congratulations to Keerthana Ranganathan on completing 3 years at Qutrix and achieving a remarkable milestone! Her contributions to upkeep the quality goals of two SaaS platforms, building the web portal/mobile app test automation ecosystem and many internal initiatives are highly commended. With unique talent recognition practices at place, we were fortunate to identify her in our search for talent.
Keerthana has had an interesting journey. She married immediately after graduation and was expected to embrace traditional household roles, which she did amazingly well. Once settled, she took a month-long course in Selenium test automation. She was called for an internship selection challenge. This one chance was enough for Keerthana to prove herself on the first attempt. Keerthana, a young mother and talented woman from a small town in rural India, found her sweet spot in the team. From the moment she joined, she has been refining her skills and excelling continuously. Her contributions have been nothing short of outstanding. Her commitment and reliability make her a true Qutrixian!
