Qutrix wishes Pranaka Mariadhasan for completing THREE amazing years in her journey of passion and commitment balancing a spectrum of roles in her profession as well as at home. On this occasion, we would like to share Pranaka’s story on how her journey has been in TechIndustry.
With over 1.2 decades of experience prior to joining us, she had earned technical managerial position with many years of proven expertise in software development after starting as a smart QA engineer. But personal circumstances made it challenging for her to continue in a full-time on-premise role as she faced a crossroad familiar to many experienced women. Too often, it’s the female who sacrifices the career aspirations in the society to prioritize family responsibilities. Unfortunately, the industry loses talented professionals. Well, we found her and she found us after a career break..
FlexibleWork policies empowered both of us to open up a new chapter in her career. She continued her remarkable career not just by mentoring the next generation of techies or playing significant roles in the MakeInIndia product initiatives but deeply staying in the core role of R&D software development balancing her family and career responsibilities very well. Truly, a hands-on tech leader and a caring mother of two daughters supporting her family…
Pranaka’s story reminds again that women will continue to excel in both worlds and have longer career run-way. Her journey exemplifies that career and a fulfilling personal life are not mutually exclusive but can coexist beautifully with determination and the right environment.
