Experience: Knowledge and exposure in business development, sales, or a similar role
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Primary Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills, knowledge in SaaS selling, exposure to international software development, product selling and technical marketing, strong business acumen
Preferred: Knowledge in CRM & cloud marketing tools, Digital marketing exposure is an added advantage
Job Description & Skills Expected:
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Drive sales of software, solutions, products, and ITeS services to new and existing leads
- Ability to understand and sell different business models such as BoT, GCC, T&M and other hybrid system models
- Exposure in SaaS software sales and knowledge across tech verticals like networking, storage, cloud, GenAI, development, EngOps, and IoT
- Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies while expanding business relationships and the customer base
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage complex negotiations, close sales, and consistently drive revenue growth
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and other key metrics to senior management
- Exhibit strong business acumen with the ability to foresee market trends and innovate strategies for improvement
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our services and how they can benefit their business
- Understand client business objectives and match our solutions to support those goals at the C&B-level
- Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
- Strong vision with an ability to innovate and demonstrate to execute the vision
- Be a dynamic team player and exhibit a great appetite for learning
- Must be passionate and self-motivated to work in a startup environment
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage existing and new sales pipelines while strategically building and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term business opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of a Center of Excellence in tech partnerships
- Understanding of offshoring, outsourcing, and global sales cycles
- Knowledge in proposal development and creating presentations for business opportunities
