Yes, independent individuals — self-employed professionals, freelancers and retirees — who have a vested interest are welcome to express their interest to join the Qutrix Partner Program & Network. Professionals may express interest by applying, provided there are no conflicts of interest with their role.

Payment terms are structured to be simple and efficient. Once an invoice is settled by your referred customer, our standard payment processing time begins. For local partners, payments are typically settled within 30 days. For partners in other countries, settlement ranges between 30-60 days, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and local requirements.

For partners located outside the country, Qutrix follows a standardized payment timeline of 30-60 days and in some rare cases it can take up to 90 days from the date the customer’s invoice is successfully settled as it undergoes RBI/FEMA regulatory process. This applies to both one-time and recurring revenue. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and timely payment process, with detailed transaction records available for partner review. Alternatively, the partner company can choose to frontend the payment and initiate wire-transfer as per the agreed terms and conditions

Revenue-sharing percentages vary depending on the type of offering:

Product Signups: A fixed revenue share up to 25% for each successful signup depending on the engagement model
Service Engagements: A flexible percentage ranging from 10-30%, depending on the project budget, scope, roles, responsibilities and the partnership model in place. Varies depending on the nature of the referral and complexity of the project requirements.

Yes, you are eligible for revenue after a successful customer signup/onboarding. The revenue share percentage is tiered based on your level of engagement:

Referral Level Only: A reasonable percentage applies if your engagement ends at the referral stage.
Active Deal Closure Engagement: For partners who actively participate in the pitch to deal closure, the percentage is higher, potentially up to one-third of the revenue, recognizing their contribution to securing the customer’s business.

Yes, partners are eligible for ongoing revenue shares in recurring revenue models, subject to the project’s nature and specifications. Revenue distribution aligns with the customer’s billing cycle, typically on a quarterly or annual basis, based on payment terms. For one-time revenue shares, partners do not remain eligible for recurring payments as defined by the partnership agreement.

For long-term or high-value contracts, revenue shares are customized to reflect the engagement’s size and complexity. Our team collaborates with partners to establish a fair, proportional revenue-sharing model based on the project’s scope and referral type. This approach ensures a standardized and equitable share percentage that aligns with the value of the engagement.

Yes, Qutrix provides regular updates on each referred customer if requested & required. Partners will be informed on the lead conversion progress, conversion status and revenue share projections for complete transparency. This system reflects visibility while strictly maintaining IP and NDA compliance to protect all involved parties.
