Fascinating to count that there are minimum of 150+ activities (mostly time bound) for any sensible leader to look after besides building the company, product, team, services, business and etc. (not to forget caring of self, family & friends).
Of course, delegation is essential but not before knowing it. Take a breath! This is not a comprehensive list yet and it changes based on your business arena, type and scale.
