Founder’s Desk: SSR Initiatives!
Companies engaging in social responsibility activities in startup stage is essential for establishing better organizational culture. Philanthropy need not necessarily commence due to CSR mandate, tax exemption and etc.
This creates ample opportunity for employees to look aspects beyond business goals and lead a difference in human lives however small it may be. Qutrix Startup Social Responsibility (SSR) action was voluntarily initiated much before our revenue kicked-off years ago.
Our TA (HR) reminded us again to resume our cold storage SSR initiative on “Technical Awareness Symposium – For Data Center Jobs” after spending a year of interaction with freshers and seeing their hardships. Here it is.
This repost is also to create awareness and need for large scale SSR actions. Not every help demands money to allocate though time is more precious.
