Quarterly Fun Event: FY24-25 Q2

All work and no play? That’s not how we do things at Qutrix. True productivity doesn’t necessarily just come from relentless focus—it comes from creating moments that let us laugh and bond as a team.

We combined our Quarterly fun event with a purpose of celebrating Engineers Day — an opportunity to honor the dedication, problem-solving skills and vision that our engineers exhibit. Fun events allow us to go beyond the everyday hustle, connecting us on a human level. It’s through these lighter moments that we understand, trust and support each other better. These activities recharge the neurons and remind us that behind every product is a group of individuals working toward a shared vision with passion instead of just being driven by roadmap schedules mechanically.

Qutrixians took a nostalgic walk down the memory lane, from sharing photos and memories of our childhoods to celebrating the diversity of our team through traditional attire and native languages on the land of Pāṇini grammar. Team’s cultural richness was on full display, with everyone enjoying the challenge of trying out tongue twisters in different languages—an experience that was so fun testing our jaw and stomach muscles.

Celebrating every person, culture, and the unique energy that makes us all has #Qutrixian! It’s about building relationships—ones that make us stronger, better, and more creative with synergy, the 1 + 1 that makes us 10. 🎉
